2. About the Service

Bridge Premium Benefits Club provides membership-based access to partner discounts, selected business support services, meeting-room privileges, and other lifestyle or professional benefits in Muscat. Benefits may vary by membership tier and by partner availability.

3. Membership Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Bridge may request supporting identification or verification details where needed.
  • Membership is personal unless a specific family, couple, or corporate plan explicitly states otherwise.

4. Fees, Billing, and Renewals

  • Membership prices are shown in OMR and may be updated from time to time.
  • Membership becomes active after successful payment and approval, where applicable.
  • Renewal reminders may be sent before expiration, but it remains the member’s responsibility to renew on time.
  • Except where a refund, correction, or other remedy is required under applicable law, membership fees are generally non-refundable after activation or use.

5. Partner Benefits and Discounts

Partner offers are subject to each participating partner’s operating hours, availability, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and service rules. Bridge makes reasonable efforts to keep information current, but offers may be changed, paused, replaced, or withdrawn. Where practical, material changes affecting active members will be communicated through the website or available contact channels.

6. Meeting Room and Facility Use

  • Room bookings are subject to availability and advance confirmation.
  • Members must follow all booking rules, timing limits, guest limits, and conduct standards.
  • Any damage, misuse, or disruption may result in suspension of facility access or additional charges.
  • Free refreshments, printing, or internet access are subject to fair-use policies.

7. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use the website or services for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
  • You may not interfere with the security or operation of the platform.
  • You may not reproduce, resell, or transfer membership privileges without authorization.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

Bridge may suspend or terminate an account or membership if we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these terms, misuse of benefits, non-payment, abusive conduct, or fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

Partner services are supplied by independent third-party providers. Bridge does not provide medical, dental, veterinary, hospitality, or other professional services and does not control a partner’s professional decisions or service outcomes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bridge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website, partner services, or membership benefits. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, layout, graphics, and materials are the property of Bridge or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reuse them without prior written permission.

11. Privacy
